2023 NFL International Games announced: Chiefs take on Dolphins in Frankfurt

Super Bowl champions the Kansas City Chiefs will face off against the Miami Dolphins in Germany next season, as the NFL International Games for 2023 have been revealed.

Patrick Mahomes, Tua Tagoaviloa and co. will battle it out in Frankfurt on November 5, while the second game in the city will be a matchup between the New England Patriots and Indianapolis Colts on November 12.

The NFL made its debut in Munich last year in a historic occasion for the league, as Tom Brady led the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a 21-16 win over the Seattle Seahawks in front of more than 70,000 fans at an incredible atmosphere at the Allianz Arena.

Now, following the success of 2022, the league has already doubled the number of games it will be playing in the country this season.

In London, the Tennessee Titans will play the Baltimore Ravens at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London on October 15, the Buffalo Bills are scheduled play at the same arena on October 1 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, who will return once again to the British capital for a second game, taking on the Atlanta Falcons at Wembley Stadium on October 8.

The NFL had already announced five teams that are set to play in international games during the upcoming 2023 season, and their opponents have now been confirmed.

Elsewhere, the NFL has revealed it will be holding a Black Friday game this year, taking place on November 24.

The full 2023 NFL schedule will be released on Thursday 11 May at 8 p.m. ET on NFL Network.
